Ben handles auto accident cases and medical malpractice cases for injured families throughout the State. Ben works closely with clients to make sure that they feel heard and that they receive full compensation for all of their damages. He recognizes that this may be more than just medical expenses. Ben makes sure that all clients know their rights and works to make them whole for all they have lost, including out of pocket costs, medical bills, lost income, future medical care, loss of use of a body part, or any other damage.
Ben uses his legal experience to write demand brochures, complaints, and discovery that the firm uses to help achieve the best possible results. He also has a great deal of experience representing clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations. These tools can be great ways to save clients time and money while getting the best results possible.
Ben grew up in southern Connecticut and obtained his undergraduate degree in politics from Brandeis University (named for the famous Supreme Court Justice) in Massachusetts.
